MEDICAL ALERTS
We are required to maintain a safe and efficient procedure for all students who attend school. If your child has not filled out the form regarding medical alerts and special medications, please contact the office to obtain the required “Medical Alert Forms,” which asks for any pertinent medical information that is necessary. Any special treatment procedures must be communicated to the counselors.
