 MBSS Attendance Policy
ATTENDANCE – Attendance is Important to be Successful!
Parents are expected to call the school (712-7040) if their child is going to be away from school for any reason.
Students are responsible for making up missed class work due to any absences. You should be aware that in each class, teachers assess your progress, and regardless of the reason for the absence, a learning and an assessment opportunity are lost each time a class is missed. Our school data indicate that when students miss classes their performance suffers.
If you have to leave school prior to the end of a regular school day, you must sign out at the school office.
