M.A.P. My Action Plan - Grad Transition Interviews

May 10th, 2012
- scheduling will be posted in the Career Centre in April 2012.
If you have English/Comm second semester you must present in May.

If you are currently enrolled in an online English or Communications 12 course
or if you have already completed English 12 or Communications 12
and you have not completed the MAP process, please contact Mrs. McLachlan in the Career Centre immediately.
You will need a session with a coordinator to review the requirements, pick up your paperwork.
You must complete this process in order to graduate.

If you completed a MAP interview in Grade 11, for special circumstances,
please ensure that you are not scheduled in your grade 12 year, by contacting Mrs.McLachlan in the Career Ctr.

Note: DPA (Daily Physical Activity) no longer required as part of the MAP process. Student is to pick up a DPA form EACH term from the Career Ctr, complete it and return it to the Career Ctr.
