 FEES
FEES ARE DUE for all students, in total by February 15th. There will be no exceptions to the February deadline.
If you have a financial concern please make contact with our principal Mr. John Simonson, prior to January 2012.
IF you have any outstanding school fees such as library texts, cultural fees, program fees, sport fees, etc., we will not be able to accept your graduation fee payment until those fees have been cleared at the main office.
If you are not interested in participating in the grad ceremonies or the grad banquet, please let Ms. Mclachlan in the Career Centre or Ms. Benko know as soon as possible.

Grad Fees 2012
Grad package #1: Basic Package
Includes: 1 banquet ticket, 2 dessert tickets*, 3 ceremony tickets,
keepsake grad gown, music, decorations, programs, bursary,
legacy gift, security, and Terry Fox fundraiser
Total: $160.00
If students do not require three ceremony tickets they may be refunded at the Career Centre prior to April 15th.. Each ceremony tickets costs $8.00.
*During the banquet, there is a portion of the evening when dessert and coffee are served. Grads are given 2 dessert tickets with package #1 to give to 2 guests (i.e. Parents, guardians etc. They are not intended for young siblings) Up to 3 extra tickets can be purchased Jan 9-13th, upon availability. If you intend to have a guest/date attend the dessert/dance portion of the evening, please ensure you have purchased a dessert ticket for them.
Each extra dessert ticket (outside a package) costs $8.00.
Grad package #2: For grads that are not attending the banquet at the Grand, but are attending the ceremony at Trinity Baptist Church
3 ceremony tickets programs, decorations, bursary, legacy gift, Terry Fox Fundraiser

Grad package #3: For grads who are not attending the ceremony at Trinity Baptist Church, but are attending the banquet at the Grand
1 banquet ticket, 2 dessert tickets, music, decorations, programs, bursary, legacy gift, and Terry Fox fundraiser
Total: $116.00
Grad package #4: For grads who are attending the banquet at the Grand and the Trinity Baptist Ceremony, but do not require dessert tickets
1 banquet ticket, 3 ceremony tickets, music, decorations, programs, bursary, legacy gift, security and Terry Fox Fundraiser
Total: $144.00
Last date to request a refund for any graduation fees is April 15th. This request can be made with Mrs.McLachlan in the Career Ctr.
