Delta Grand Okanagan Resort and Conference Centre
- 1310 Water Str.
Meet at the Dolphins, walk begins at 6 pm, enter The Grand for 6:45pm.
Evening finishes at 11pm.
Parents, please remember that this celebration is intended for the graduates.
You are welcome to attend for the dessert/guardian dance portion.
We do ask that when the announcement is made for parents to leave for the evening,
that you respect the graduates by allowing them the remainder of the evening with their fellow graduates and dates.
In the past we have been asked whether parents are required to attend.
This is up to the student. If you refer to the 'fees' tab, you will find the packages available with and without the dessert tickets.
Thank you!

Grand March Route
The Banquet & Dance Information Grad 2012
- The Grand March will be a weather-permitting event.
- Grads should be dropped off at the Lagoons Fountain (to the north of the Grand) at 5:15pm.
- We will be marshalling the group for a 6:00pm march to the hotel.
- Please check the grad webpage for the new Grand March route!
- If the reports are indicating poor weather, we will scrap the Grand March and instead meet at the hotel conference centre entrance at 6:15 pm.
- You must present your banquet ticket at the door. Do not lose your banquet ticket! Entry to the event requires students to present their ticket.
Doors at the ballroom should open at 6:45.
You should already know your table number from when you signed up your table. Find your table and get seated to avoid the general confusion.
- Dinner proceedings will begin as soon as everyone is seated.
- Following the dinner, (at approximately 8:30), the desserts and coffee will be made available. Parents and guests who have purchased coffee/dessert tickets may participate.
- The dance portion of the evening should follow at approximately 8:45pm and ends at 11:00 pm.
Expectations:
- All students are expected to be at school Monday morning.
- Please be aware that this is a school sponsored event. There is an expectation that you and your guest will conduct yourselves in a manner that is consistent with the good image of a Mount Boucherie student. Anything otherwise will jeopardize your chances of walking across the stage on June 22nd. To make this clearer, if you’re caught drunk, drinking, doing drugs or any other assortment of activities that are contrary to school sponsored events, you will be escorted out of the banquet and you may not be in a position to participate in the graduation ceremony on June 22nd.
- There will be no refund of money for not going to this event.
