What is the Daily Physical Activity requirement for grades 10 – 12?
Students are expected to complete 150 minutes per week. Since PE 10 is linear, our grade 10 students have completed this requirement. Our grade 11 and 12 students must document their weekly physical activity on their own. The students must keep each years summary and include them in their grade 12 MAP presentation. If you have any further questions please contact the Career/Life Centre.
